How to Return an Item
E-mail us at order@tropicaltantrum.com to let us know what happened. You don’t need a reason to return your item, but we would love to hear any feedback if something doesn’t turn out the way you expected.
We will send you a return authorization as quickly as possible. We’ll start working on any new items you need while your original order is on the way back. Always email us and get an authorization before returning any items so we know to expect the delivery and can ensure that you don’t pay any shipping costs.
If you return an item purchased using a credit card, we will credit the card used to purchase the item. We cannot post a credit to another credit card.
